Unit for technical services and administration of estate is responsible for the construction and building of local roads, streets, sidewalks and water, construction and running of treatment systems for water and organisation of local garbage disposal. The unit is also responsible for the management of parks, outdoor areas, sports grounds, play grounds and archipelago parks. Fire and fire sweeping is also a part of this unit` s liability.
